The FIL 622-2 PV TORIC is a hydrophilic intraocular lens with aspherical toric optic designed to be placed as a secondary implant in the ciliary sulcus to restore emmetropia in patients with residual corneal astigmatism.
It is characterized by a refractive optic with a central area including three different additions: +3,75 D for near distance, +2,10 D for intermediate distance and +0,90 D in the transition zone between intermediate and far distances.
The FIL 622-2 PV TORIC offers a simple way of managing residual post-surgery refraction. It is a hydrophilic intraocular lens with aspherical toric optic designed to be placed as a secondary implant in the ciliary sulcus to restore emmetropia in patients with residual corneal astigmatism.
The lens features a refractive optic with a central area including three different additions: +3,75 D for near distance, +2,10 D for intermediate distance and +0,90 D in the transition zone between intermediate and far distances. This multifocal design provides excellent vision at all distances while correcting astigmatism.
Made from hydrophilic PolyHema with 25% H₂O and UV filter, the lens is compatible with microincisions and offers superior stability against tilt and rotation assured by long loops and the typical pair of cusps looking like "camel humps". It can be easily removed even after months from surgery, providing flexibility for the surgeon.
