This hydrophilic multifocal secondary IOL is engineered for sulcus placement in pseudophakic patients, providing an intraocular option to expand visual performance when a primary capsular bag IOL is already in place. Its aspheric refractive multifocal optic is designed to deliver functional vision across the key working distances, supporting greater day-to-day spectacle independence.

The optical design incorporates three additions tailored to distance, intermediate, and near, enabling a complete multifocal concept in a secondary implant. With a maximum add power up to +3.75 D, the lens range can be selected to match different near-vision demands and patient profiles, at the surgeon’s discretion.

The hydrophilic material combines flexibility with controlled handling, facilitating smooth, controlled implantation in the ciliary sulcus through an incision sized according to the injector system and surgical technique.
