The FIL 622-1 Camellens 1 is a hydrophilic aspheric monofocal IOL designed for primary implantation in both ciliary sulcus and capsular bag placement. The lens can be implanted alone or combined with the FIL 622-2 Camellens 2 to restore emmetropia, offering versatile treatment options.

The material is latex-free and compatible with magnetic resonance imaging. Superior stability against tilt and rotation is assured by long loops and the characteristic pair of cusps resembling "camel humps," providing secure positioning in either the ciliary sulcus or capsular bag.
With a comprehensive diopter range from -5.00 D to +40.00 D and multiple suggested A-constants for different placement scenarios, the Camellens 1 offers surgeons flexibility in achieving optimal refractive outcomes. The lens is manufactured using semi-molding technology with precision lathing and milling for consistent quality.
